Monday night, my friend Homa came over for a visit. I had some errands to run, so she and I hopped in the car and brought Will along for a good time. I ran into CVS while Homa and Will waited in the car. Below is a reproduction of the conversation that took place.
Bare in mind, I wasn't there and don't have the car bugged, so this is a loose recreation based on Homa's reiteration upon my return to the car.
Will: What is this, Homa? (Holding travel coffee mug).
Homa: Its a coffee cup.
Will: What kind coffee cup?
Homa: A travel coffee cup.
Will: What kind of travel coffee cup?
Homa: The kind that holds coffee.
Will: What kind coffee?
Homa: Hazelnut.
Will: What kind of hazelnut?
And with that, a toddler had the power to silence yet another biological clock.

Bwahahaha!!! And he didn't even get into they WHY? part yet.
Such a typical kid....why...why...why....can really be great birth control.

Sounds like a conversation I had with my husband recently.
Jsut wanted to let you know that i've been SOOOOO busy lately that I have been a little "lurky"...I read posts when i get a chance but haven;t had a moment to really sit down and comment.
Anyhow, I have been loving your musings (as usual) and wanted to say sorry for not dropping any comments your way!
I was hoping hazelnut would have thrown him off!
Damn, kids are crazy with the questions.
Laura - You love him because he just yells "we suck" when you're around!
Karen - Homa missed out on that one.
Suz - Seriously! Although I still say the best birth control are those real birth videos you watch in lamaze! Show that to teenagers and teen sex will disappear!
Belle - Husbands are toddlers are about the same.
Momo-Mama - Believe me, I understand. I appreciate your shout outs when you have time!
Homa - No luck, huh?
Mama Bird - Don't they???
